OVERVIEW:

We have enjoyed this car as a fair weather weekend cruiser to go to local car shows and events in the Peoria IL area. It has been babied never abused or raced and has never seen rain during my ownership. Pretty much everything but the interior is new within thepast 3 years including tons of engine and powertrain upgrades custom exhaust & paint and a long list of additional upgrades listed below in greater detail in the DETAILS section. While looking and bidding keep in mind that we use this as a weekend cruiser so it is not a perfectly immaculate show car. You can be assured that the car is finely and professionally tuned and everything works including all lights power options electronics and mechanical components. You can also be assured that everybody you come in contact with will love the way this car looks sounds and drives. This car is an attention getter anabsolute joy to drive and needs nothing absolutely NOTHING!

SALE VALUE:

I took the car to a professional classic car appraiser and paid to get it appraised by the experts. While at Baker Classic Cars Jack (the owner) who has been appraising classics for 33 years and another professional appraiser with 12 years experience both did their appraisals independently then worked together to give me a final for sale appraisal estimate of $29000. They told me that if it were on their showroom floor in it’s current condition for sale they would price it at $31500. The last pictureis the actual appraisal document from Baker Classic Cars Inc. with some additional information within the document about how and why they arrived at their $29000 value so please read it for a better understanding of the vehicle. I put a reserve on the auction to avoid giving the car away but I can assure you that the reserve price is well below the appraisal value. I also have a buy-it-now price in mind so feel free to make offers before the auction ends.

SELL OR TRADE?

We’ve had plenty of trade offers for other classic muscle cars hot rods boats motor homes real estate property etc. but we would really like to sell outright instead of trade so please don’t send any trade offers. The car is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early if sold locally.

-350 4 bolt engine from mid-80's Corvette with aluminum heads roller rockers hardened push rods & new aluminum valve covers. -Dyers 671 blower and blower grind cam. -10% under driven with 10 lbs of boost. -2 Quick Fuel 750 CFM double pumper carburetors 4 corner idle blower calibrated with progressive linkage. -All new stainless AN fuel lines & plumbing. -New MSD distributor blueprinted for blower with all new ignition wires & loom. -New 3.4hp heavy duty gear reduction PowerMaster starter & 130 amp 1 wire CS130 alternator. -New A-1 power steering pump and hoses. -Fresh 4 core aluminum radiator with cool-running electric fan & all new pulleys. -Fresh built turbo TH-350 transmission with shift kit & 3000 rpm stall converter. -355 Posi-traction Corvette rear end. -Ceramic coated headers and all new custom 2.5” aluminized dual exhaused with new Flowmaster 40-series mufflers. -Hidden headlight vacuum mechanism freshly rebuilt. -Power windows radio dash lights all function perfectly. -Optional mirrored glass T-tops and tilt & telescoping woodgrain steering wheel. -Body in excellent shape with fresh ruby red clear coat paint in 2013. -Original aluminum Corvette wheels in good condition with Corvette 4 wheel power disc brakes. -BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires. Front are 255/60/R15 102's. Back are 275-60/R15 107's. -Origional tan leather seats & carpets driver seat showing some wear.
