Description of 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 150 Post |
This is a 1957 Chevrolet 150 2 door post hardtop. This vehicle was a frame on restoration with specific attention to detail with approx 2. 00 miles on since completion in 2012. I will try to give as much detail on improvements but feel free to contact me for further clarification. Engine; This is a Chevrolet 350 c. i. crate motor rated at 330 H. P. It has an Edelbrock chromed 4 barrel carburetor with the matched chrome intake. Transmission is an M-22 4 speed with a Hurst shifter. New aluminum radiator and battery. Engine compartment has been chromed and detailed to show quality standards. The vehicle has an upgraded Vintage Air air conditioning system with heat that blows cold and hot at the right time. Mechanicals; New front end with power brakes and 2 inch dropped spindles that include front discs. power steering. power windows. Full wiring kit was used when restored with electric windshield wipers. Interior; New Ididit stainless steel steering column. two tone interior done in beige and white. JVC stereo with stainless steel dash trim. It has a Dakota digital dash and clock for newer look. Paint; This is a 1957 color of Venetian Red and Shoreline Beige which is beautifully done with custom pinstriping quietly added. This 57 has the 1 piece California bumper that was rechromed and a new rear bumper. The grille is custom and a new sharkback gas tank was installed. The car sits on new American Mustang wheels with low profile tires. This car is being auctioned for my father-in-law who has too many cars and not enough time. This is being sold at a great price with a low reserve and is worth the money. There are no outstanding issues with the car- jump in and drive it to your local car shows. Good luck bidding and bid with confidence. no disappointments here. Sorry. no trades at this time. |
