Up for sale is a 1985 Chevy shortbed Scottsdale C-10 truck. This truck runs and drives. It is in good condition for the year. Not a lot of rust. Has a 350 motor 2wd automatic with sunroof. Started this as a project truck for my boy but then he changed his mind so needing to get rid of it now and mama wants it out of here. Did a complete tune up on it....spark plugs spark plug wires new distributor fresh oil change with filter fresh antifreeze and new chrome valve covers. Has new brake pads all around new brake cable new front brake hub assemblies new rotors(May need a new brake booster as even though have all new brake components brakes seem kind of hard. The brakes will stop you now just seems kind of hard when you step on the brakes. Called Orielly's and they said a new one would be around $84.00).New ball joints new tie rod ends new wheel bearings new hood release cable new power steering pump along with new lines new alternator new battery and cables new tilt steering column (shift indicator is not working as I think the person that installed the tilt steering didn't hook it back up but it is there in the truck) new OEM dash pad new windshield wiper motor 4 new headlights new headlight switch. The windshield has blemishes buthave a new still in package windshield togo with the truck.Have most of the receipts for the new parts and also have some past receipts from previous owner. Tires are in good condition. They are hankook ventus h101. Fronts are size p275/60r15 and backs are p295/50r15. This truck would make a great starter project for someone. Wish I could keep it have too many other projects that is taking priority and mama wants it out of here so my loss is your gain. This truck is not perfect by all means but it has a great start for someone to continue fixing it up.
