Description of 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 210 |
This is an all original unrestored car. It has approximately 44500 original miles. There appears to be rust and bondo free. It also appears to be all original paint engine transmission and interior. There are no rips or tears on the interior. The only thing that I see is some of the door panels are discolored from age (see photos). This car runs and drives really well. I replaced the front and rear brake shoes brake lines brake cylinders and exhaust from the mufflers back. This car starts every time without any trouble. The tires are made by Sears! They hold air perfectly but show minor signs of sidewall cracking. I believe the engine is a 265 - 4 barrel V8. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. When I purchased the car I cleaned out the fuel tank replaced some of the exhaust pipes rebuilt the master cylinder fixed some oil leaks and replaced the brakes. This is truly a unique car. The chrome is in good condition and all windows operate correctly. This is an UNRESTORED time capsule with no known issues. It is a very distinct sound when you close the door on this car - they close perfectly and sound amazing. They don't build them like this anymore!!!! Please message me if you have any questions about the car. |
