Description of 1984 Chevrolet Blazer

This is a 1984 2 door Chevy S10 Blazer. I am not exactly sure what is wrong with the 2.8L engine but for the purpose of the buyer consider it history. I believe it has spun rod-bearing but this has not been verified by a mechanic. The engine starts but it does not sound pretty. This vehicle has problems associated with its age. The speedometer needle spins in circles rather than register a speed. It has some rust spots. The transmission was replaced recently with a good used one. I estimate the tires have over half their life remaining. The muffler and shocks were recently replaced.I originally purchased this vehicle to restore and perform an LS conversion on however I got busy and it became my daily driver until the engine crashed.
