This is a 1981 Chrysler Imperial that is NOT currently in running condition. The last time it was running was almost a year ago. The outside pictures were made then. I had it sold and the buyer was slowly paying for it, ut eventually stopped, nd was unheard from since. I had moved it to the back driveway and did not keep up on starting it adequately and eventually it failed to start and I have not been able to start it since. It seems to fire with instant start briefly, ut it is not just out of gas, checked. Aside from that it has under 80,000 miles on it. My mechanic says it needs ball joints. The headlights will go on and off but are stuck on bright when on and the windshield wipers will not work at all. Both the above are due to a problem with the turn indicator stalk on the steering wheel and the underhood wiper arm connection. The previous owner installed a fancy stereo for what reason I do not know and removed the AC compressor when the air stopped working instead of fixing it. I have owned it for about 8 years and have driven about 7000 miles in it, ostly right after I got it. The headlight doors work well and do not leak open when parked. The paint is not original. It has a 318 V8 engine, ot fuel injected, t was converted to carburetor, nd an automatic transmission. I have too many irons in the fire to devote much time to it and I am reluctant to pay to have it fixed. I also have other interests that occupy my time and would like to sell it.
