Description of 1950 Chrysler Newport

As found original 1950 Chrysler Windsor Newport 2 door hardtop. Six cylinder three speed manual. This is a great place to start a restoration. Or scrub the heck out of it and run it as a barn find / patina car. Take some ride height out of it. wide whites. fluff up the interior this would look Kool as is. some rust in front floors but the pillars and rockers appear solid as do the lower fenders. quarter panels. trunk floor and inner wheelhouses. Really straight with very few noticeable dents. Pot metal elements of exterior trim has some pitting. Interior was disassembled but all components are there. fabric is in need of restoration. Door panels have all their stainless trim but are in sad shape otherwise. Steering wheel rim has decomposed. All garnish moldings are present and accounted for. Engine turns and is not stuck. appears complete with air cleaner. The car has been sitting for an extended period of time and at this time does not run or stop. This car has a great Hardtop roofline and plenty of bright work and should be a very appealing car when done. This car goes NOT have a TITLE with it and comes with a bill of sale only.
