• You are bidding on a nice weekend cruiser. The car is registered as a NYS rebuilt vehicle. I've owned this car for about six years and my wife and I would cruise every sunny weekend. This is an extremely fun car to drive and looks great with the hardtop on or with no top at all. The car is 26 years old and is not in brand new condition, ut it does get looks everywhere we go. People always ask what kind of car is it and tell me how cool it is. It does has spots on the paint that you can see is worn if you get real, eal close. The car is not 100% original. A lot of the work was done by the previous owner in California. He had good ideas and did a decent job but not perfect. In the six years I've owned it I put about 8000 miles on it and it never gave me any trouble whatsoever. We took it on a 600 mile cruise from New York to Lake Placid and back and really enjoyed every moment. The struts, rakes, ires, une up are all 8000 miles old. I replaced the radio but do have the original if you want it. The battery is brand new and I just did an oil change and brake flush. I just got it inspected as I did not realize I was losing my garage space. The car has been garaged the whole time I owned it. In fact this is the first time I put the hardtop on since I got the car. (I took it off the first day and just enjoyed the sunder since). The convertible was new when I got it, ut as I said the guy before me was not a perfectionist. The inside liner hangs down and he didn't do a great job on the rear window. I don't know if I can put more pictures on this posting, ut if not, ontact me and I'll send more. If there is anything in particular that you want pictures of, 'll take them for you. This car really should be inspected before you purchase. I was told and believe that this car was abandoned, OT in an accident. Neither I or my two mechanics see any sign whatsoever of any body work. Also there is a repair about the size of a quarter done to the dasboard. It doesn't look bad but it's not perfect.
