Description of 1928 Chrysler SERIES 62 RUMBLE SEAT ROADSTER |
Hello to all eBayers!
1928 Chrysler Roadster Series 62 This is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind 1928 Chrysler. It was owned by the same owner for many years. The gentleman who owned it passed away at the age of 82, and a family friend was able to acquire it. It’s sort of an unusual Roadster of which you don't see many. It is a great car to take to the next level as an original or dare I say make a hot rod out of it. Mechanical This car is in great mechanical shape. It has the red head 6 cylinder engine with manual transmission. The motor sounds great, the clutch is great, and the transmission shiftsfinethrough all the grears .Hydraulic brakes have been gone through, so they are good.It also has fairly new tires, so no worries about obtaining new ones.Runs, drives and looks great. Exterior The body appears to be in very nice condition; good and straight. Doesn't appear to have any rust or repair work. Underside is good and solid also. It has a new convertible top. Most of the chrome has been done. The carhas wind wings and a working Chrysler motor meter. Paint is in very good condition. Interior The interior is very nice, original and complete. Upholstery and rugs have been done, so they look nice and clean, which make a ride inside this beauty a pleasant journey. This is your chance to own this great classic at a great price! Please note, I want to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Bid with confidence and if you have any questions that I might not have covered in the description, don't hesitate to ask.
