1965 CHRYSLER IMPERIALCROWNCONVERTIBLE This car is like a time capsule. The last safety inspection on the windshield is dated 1970 and the parking sticker on the windshield is dated 1969. It starts right up every time and it goes down the highway at 80 MPH without issue. Quiet and smooth. Designed by the renowned Elwood Engle, this beauty weighs in at 5345 pounds. Only 633 Imperial convertibles were produced in 1965. The pinnacle of luxury in this era, the Imperial features power windows, power vents and power seats, leather interior, power convertible top as well as 100 year old Claro Walnut trim on the dash. 413 V8 with TorqueFlite automatic transmission Power steering and brakes The power windows and the power top work properly. 55530 miles on this well preserved original car It is a very solid car.
