Description of 1962 Chrysler Newport

Just out of long term storage. 1962 Chrysler Newport, Factory air!
This 1962 Chrysler Newport has been in storage since about 1991. It has only minor rust to rockers but the rest is REALLY solid. No rust in floors or trunk.
361 Wedge, power steering, factory air. Push button trans. Interior is in great shape and could just use a good steam clean to bring the seats back to looking like new. The A/C still holds a charge!
It sits on the old bias ply tires which are holding air but could use replacing.
New carb with it and some miscellaneous spares in the trunk. Car fires right up and idles well. Brakes work but I wouldn't say due to the tires that you could easily drive this car home. Just like the website- Bring a Trailer...
