Description of 1957 Chrysler Windsor 4 Door

For sale is my daughters1957 Chrysler Windsor.
Named Flo. As it looks like the Character off of the Cartoon Cars.
(She is selling to put a down payment on a house)
She bought this about a year ago. It has been sitting in a garage since 1976 only about 40 miles from where I live. They re-painted it the original color Jade Blue and had the seats re-upholstered in cloth instead of vinyl. Instead of the painted metal dash they wrapped the dash in Italian Leather. Then it just sat in garage all these years because the father passed away. The son finally decided to sell the car and that is how she purchased it.
I believe 64403 is the original miles as it sat for so long and in the door where the sticker for when it was last serviced says it was last serviced in 1974.
I also believe this is a low production numbered car as it has only 4 digits after W57-Instead of 5 or 6 digits.
It has the All original 354 Poly Block. NOT the Hemi.

Has original 2 barrel carburetor, air cleaner and generator. Has had a tune up since she bought it. New hoses, plugs, wires, and valve cover gaskets.
Has the Push Button Automatic.
In the pictures you will see it has 17 inch wheels and new tires but in the last picture you will see original rims and hub caps, those are included in the sale.
Has original spare tire in trunk with the wooden wedge blocks to keep it from moving around.
The previous owners were putting an after market air conditioning in. I have taken that off but will be included in the sale.
It runs really strong and the transmission shifts smooth. There are no leaks, drips or noise. It runs smooth and quiet.
All chrome moulding is in excellent condition.
The interior as I as I said was re-upholstered back in 1976.The steering wheel is even in excellent condition. No cracks or chips. It does have the original headliner which is in great condition. No sags or any tears. It is a little yellowed, but that's due to age. Also has original door panels which are in excellent condition. It is also power windows, power branch seat, and power brakes.Has new carpet, well new in 1976 when they re-did this car.All the gauges but the clock work. The twin antenna are not dummies, they are original to the car and are wired in. The radio does work. There is also and after market CD player in a custom made little box that sits in front of seat, it can be unplugged and removed. Has original cardboard in trunk and in the back window.
It starts up first time every time. If you let it sit without starting for like a week or its cold outside, you gotta pump the gas pedal a bit, but if you start it once a day everyday it will start every time the first time.
The only thing wrong with the car is like I said the clock does not work, could use a new muffler and a new heater core. It is also missing the clear Parking Light Lenses. But those are very hard to find. I couldn't even find NOS. Also needs under Hood Insulation.

Its RUST FREE.

To Start the car is pretty cool to me. You turn the key to the ON position and push the Neutral Push Button Switch and that is your Start Button. There is no park on these old Push Button cars. You put it in Neutral and the set the Emergency Brake. There is also a push button that I installed under the dash below the key. As I did not want anything to happen to the Push Button Mechanism. There is NOTHING wrong with the Push Buttons they are just temperamental for being so old. So the car can be started either way.
This car is like a time capsule with how original it is and that almost everything works. This car is truly stuck in time and will be a fun Cruiser for anyone. Every place I have taken it, it catches eyes and turns heads.
My daughter took it to its first Car Show and it won 1ST place in its stock class.
