We have a 1956 Chrysler New Yorker, @78,000 original miles. Sat in a barn for at leastthe last 16 years. Had a car cover over it so most of the paint buffed back to a shine, Has been in the same family since bought off the show room floor.History that I know of: Had a frame off restorationback in the 80's. Tire blew on the passengerfront causing the inner fender to get bent up. Great Grandpa Bought it new, when he passed away grandpa receivedit, now he wants it sold before he passes away. The Good:Brand New White Wall Tires Less than 200 miles on themBrake System Gone thruCoolant system went thruNew mechanical fuel pumpNew PointsAC Blows cool (needs a can to be cold)Paint is in great shapeThe Bad:Has some rocker rust.Rear Frame has some rust.Some more of the wiring needs fixedPassenger Side inner Fender needs attention, Drives Fine without it.The OK:Has an aftermarket cruise control.
