1958 Imperial. 64,000 original miles, 392 Hemi, push button torqueflite, PS, PB, PW, A/C. The good: Electronic ignition conversion, rebuilt carbueretor, new fuel pump, and sending unit (gas gauge works perfectly).Completely rebuilt braking system, front disc brake conversion (AAJ brakes), new master cylinder, new rear wheel cylinders, shoes, axle seals and hardware.Completely rebuilt front end. New upper and lower control arm bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, Idler converted to bearing instead of bushing, new shocks, all new sway bar and strut rod bushings.Tires are Coker radials and still have injection pins showing (99% tread life left)Engine runs perfectly, smooth with no smoke. Trans is recently built and shifts great.The bad: Slight bubbling in lower rear quarters, radio and speedometer don't work. Trans dipstick tube drips if the car sits more than a couple days. Door latches are sticky (except drivers door)
