A tribute to the great L-body fleet cars of the 1970's. this Newport is a real head-turner and a fun ride. This car is complete and totally roadworthy. In fact. this car runs and drives like new. Despite the car's classic 37 year history. I am only the second owner of the car. This car still has its original body panels. interior. and powertrain - it's never been hacked-up or hot-rodded. It's still a really nice looking ride - and it's loaded. This car has the bulletproof 400 Big block V8 engine. auto trans. and 2. 76 highway gears. Plus all the other goodies: power steering. power brakes. air conditioning(inop) and cruise control. The body and paint look sharp. the highway patrol decals (universal style/eBay legal) look great. there's an A-pillar mounted police spotlight. plus brand new tires. This vehicle gets a lot of attention at car shows and has even won some trophies.
