For one or two years Chrysler produced the Park Avenue, a body style which imitated the New Yorker. This automobile has not been used on the road in the last ten years. It is a collector's item of mine which is now for sale since I am no longer able to participate in 'car shows'. It runs well for an old vehicle. The battery purchased at Auto Zone is 19 months old. The Vintage Hubcaps were purchased from Ebay last year but have not been installed. The hood ornament was also purchased from Ebay but has not been installed to prevent vandalism. The driver's armrest is damaged as seen in the photo and the front electric window motors are not as strong as they used to be. The purchaser will need to look at the fuses which is why the windshield wipers don't function properly. I haven't had the opportunity to address this. This vehicle was used by me and my father for fun, however, he passed away last year and I don't have the time to show it off in car shows and other fund raising events. The original radio was replaced with an AM/FM radio. The front and back seats are very comfortable and the upholstery is in very good condition. The car still has most of the original parts. The exterior requires touch up paint in several places near the rear bumper. This car has not been parked in a garage but it did have a car cover until the hurricane blew it away. The car has current registration, current license plates, and has been insured with State Farm for over ten years.A metal strip along the bottom on the passenger's side came loose and I have removed it to prevent any damage to the original part which can easily be reapplied. At present this original piece of metal is inside the car to protect it. The electric antenna is out of service but still stands erect as if it were ready to wave a flag. The buyer will truly enjoy having this vintage vehicle.
