Description of 1978 Chrysler Cordoba |
1978 Chrysler CordobaThis is a 1978 Chrysler Cordoba that I purchased with thoughts of using as a drag racing car and making a clone of the General Lee. I have decided to sell because of a lack of time. Car runs and drives good360 Motor (Motor was supposedly rebuilt within the last few years)904 TransmissionTires are kind of oldTurbine Wheels (Back has holes drilled where slicks had been mounted)Fuel cell in trunk (NO GAS TANK)B & M Floor shifter (needs adjusted)Original shifter on column in in-operableMost gauges do not work - Oil Pressure and Temperature are they only ones that I know DO work. Heat works goodOriginal air car but has been removedSpeedometer does NOT work - not sure whyMotor was supposedly rebuilt within the last few yearsAluminum Edelbrock Intake 600 Edelbrock CarbAfter Market Headers (not sure what kind)Rear-End has some type of shackles - it kind of pops and cracks - doesn't really affect the way it drives - may need some work. Really nice bumpersCar has been professionally undercoated and Ziebarted sometime in it's life. I have a video of the car running and driving so you can hear the motor. https://www. youtube. com/watch?v=g0UtV71fgCAI have a clear Indiana title. It has a "cheesy" paint job. looks okay from 25 feet away. It had some amateur body work done on it and it has some bondo cracks near the vinyl top. Only serious buyers please. I have had several non-payers on another car recently. I require a $250 down payment through PayPal within 48 hours of the end of auction. Full payment due within 7 days upon pickup. Please email me with any questions. |
