Thank you for view and welcome to our auction for what is perhaps the finest and most original example of a 1964 Chrysler New Yorker available today! What makes the car so special? It's a 100% original car. time capsule. non restored and true survivor. Why is it in a such preserved state? It's one family owned. always garaged and loved by the same people it's entire life! The odometer reads 68. 00 miles and the condition of the car say it all. The exterior body is in exceptional shape. With all it's chrome and trim pieces. It all shines so beautifully. There is no major dents. dings or scratches only slight patina on its one repaint over it's original Blue. The car has no rust and all body panels are nice and straight (not wavy). The interior is perhaps the most fascinating part of this New Yorker. Everything from the dash. carpet. headliner. bench seats. door panels. etc. are in nearly perfect condition. We have never seen an original interior preserved this way. Only photos can help describe. but still not fully justified. Please see them below. Mechanically the car is solid. It drives just like you would expect from a 60's Chrysler - with pure ease and sophistication with its original 413 V8 and push button transmission. This is a factory a/c car. but will need a recharge. Included in the sale are it's original keys. spare. shop manual and carburetor (currently has upgraded carb).
