Description of 1963 Buick Riviera |
You are bidding on a 1963 Buick Riviera with a custom paintjob. Yes, t has a complete Tangelo metal flake flamejob covering the whole car, hich can be seen a mile away!I priced itvery verylow if you compare it to the other cars around here. Waiting for my new project. I cleaned the car quickly to look somewhat presentable. It needs a final buff and thorough cleaning of wax residue from the first cut n buff. It's been sitting in my garage for about 2-3 months as I installed some parts that were removed during paint. *The factory original 401 Nailhead was rebuilt with a mild cam. There is probably two (5) miles on the rebuilt drivetrain! *The original Dynaflow 2 speed transmission was rebuilt at the same time. *The floors and trunk were replaced. *The door handles, mblems and body trim were eliminated. *The hood was louvered and looks awesome with the flame tips leading your eyes to them. *New exhaust with Cherry Bomb mufflers. *New gas tank with new lines. A new white headliner and the all new white vinyl seat interior (everything was ordered from OPGI). New door panels (front and back). I did save the original wood panels and trim incase the new owner wanted to reinstall them later. New white Mooneyes steering wheel. The center console was painted black to compliment the new black rug. I blacked out the entire dash leaving only the factory trim pieces in the original stainless look (the trim was not rechromed just buffed with a steel 000 wool pad). The front seatbelts were installed, ut the rear lap belts were not in stock. The car sits 3 inches lower with the fresh Jamco lowering kit, hich consists of shorter coils and shocks all around. The brand new blacked out 15 inch American Racing rims and new thin whitewall tires (2-5 miles on them) compliment the car nicely. Simple, lean and they don't grab any attention away from the extensive custom paintjob. If you are serious I can send you an I-phone video of the car running, ust text/call me at (203)five two1-7858. Connecticut is a NO TITLE state for classics. I did not register the vehicle, will sell it with a Bill of Sale that will contain all my pertinent information. -The front grille and or bumperswere not rechromed. I will include the front headlight grilles, rim and lights too! I will also include the "original" drip rails with an all new felt kit (still in the box). I did not install the front headlights because I was planning on installing a one piece billet front grille from Billet Art and relocating the lights into the side signal light housings. They sell the grille for approx. $358.00 and it canorderedin black, heck them out on Ebay. I encourage everyone to inspect the vehicle in person, o nothing I described above ismisconstrued. The car is located in Trumbull, onnecticut (approx. an hour from NYC).If you have any further questions feel free to contact me on my personal cell phone (203)521-78 five eight. I work all different kinds of hours, o please leave a message and I will return your call as promptly as I can! The buyer, OU, re responsible for shipping. I will make time for your scheduled transportation pickup. The car is sold as is, hanks for your time and interest. |
