Description of 1991 Chevrolet Corvette |
Best Buyer would be mechanic or someone who knows a good one. I will consider Any Offer. Pros: I still drive this car everyday. The Engine has been maintained and still delivers a beautiful ride. Irecently had the engine Gaskets replaced, oor handle fixed, he rotation of the headlight (they used to get stuck and now come up smoothly), ew set of back tires 1500 miles ago Cons (I will begin with the most important and work down): Daytime and nighttime brake lights do not work correctly (daytime they don't show except for the middle one and same with nighttime they turn on but don't brighten up when I hit the brake except for the middle). Turning signals: theoperating stick does not function for the rightsideAC/heating/defogger/fan does not work (one of the main reasons for selling). Dangerous to driveon a foggy morning. I had it checked on by multiple mechanics, ad the belts replaced etc. and spent close to $1000 and nothing changed. Last mechanic guessed it was something between the car's computer and Hvac system. Through all the mechanics the car visited, they lost the panel that covered the wiring on the passenger side. The radio delivers a sharp screeching sound that seems to come straight from the mess of wires on the passenger side, t still plays CD's and the radio along with the screech.Visor light is broken on drivers side.Passenger door inside lock switch is half broken. ( not very noticeable)The little bar that tells you which gear you are in is broken off. See pics.Ride Control is broken.Passenger power seems to be off track or stuck when trying to move it. And normal tear and wear of an almost antique car. I'll consider any offer, s I am trying to determine if I should find a specialized mechanic to fix it or sell it.More pictures to come and feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer. |
