Description of 1967 Chevrolet C-10 SHORT BED

1967 Chevrolet C10 truck. Short bed fleet side, mall back window. VIN CS147Z103293 frame off build. Paint color is a ’65 corvette Nassau blue with white top and grille. All sheet metal is GM with exception of the cowl induction hood and bed sides. This truck is not a show queen, t was built to drive. There are some minor imperfections in the paint. The bed is the steel floor that has been lined with a polyurethane bed liner. The drip rails have been shaved, nd a French antenna behind the passenger door. Eddie Motorsport billet aluminum hood hinges. All urethane body mounts. LED tail and marker lights.

It has very strong 454 Big Block (1978 vintage) bored .030 over with Comp Cams XE274 cam, omp Cam 1.7 roller tip rockers, nd matched springs, omp Cams push rods. Scat rods. Hyperuetectic .220 dome pistons making 9.5-1 C.R. Oval port heads, anderson BB4 headers. Edelbrock RPM AIRGAP intake manifold. March serpentine belt system. 110 Amp Powermaster alternator. Power-master high torque mini starter. MSD ignition, on Davis racing radiator with dual 16” electric fans thermostatically controlled, nd to top it all off it has a F.A.S.T. EZ-EFI 1.0 annular discharge fuel injection system. It is estimated around 450 conservative horsepower. There is a 2 ½” custom exhaust with a balance pipe and Magnaflow mufflers. It sounds awesome. I would recommend running premium fuel. P.O.L engine mount brackets with urethane mounts.

The transmission is a GM 4L80E with 2500 RPM stall converter, nd is shifted by a B&M Megashifter that will also ratchet though the gears. It is controlled by an EZ-TCI computer which also has manual control switched installed in the console. B&M fan cooled tranny cooler mounted where the battery was, nd is thermostat controlled. The Optima battery is located in a stainless drop box under the bed. CPP Tubular tranny cross-member with urethane mount.

The suspension has been upgraded from stock to a full out CPP kit including: Lowered springs and spindles in the front for a 3” lower stance. 5” lowering springs in the rear. Tubular upper and lower A-arms, ubular transmission mount, nd CPP cross-member and tubular trailing arms. 1 ¼” front sway bar. 4 wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors. Sorry-no air bags. The rear differential has been fitted with new 3.73 gears and new Superior axles. There is a Detroit ez-locker or a mini spool that comes with it for more wheel spinning fun. I put the spider gears back in for cruising. A CPP 18 gallon aluminum fuel cell between the rails. It also has a quick ratio steering gear box. Wheel vintiques rally rims. 15X8 front and 15X0 rear with 255 and 295 respectively. Cooper Cobra tires. The frame was C-notches with a CPP kit, nd was painted with a rust inhibiter and coated with a truck bed coating paint. No powder coat. It was meant to drive.

The interior has been painted the same corvette Nassau blue as the outside. The dash has been equipped with a full set of Autometer Ultralite II gauges including 3 in the dash pad. Carbon Fiber gauge cluster and glove box cover. The cab and doors are lined with Dynamat and has a new carpet set from A.C.C. Bucket seats are from a 2001 Duramax that are 6 way power adjustable. Vintage Air conditioning that blows cold. OPP one piece side windows with Electrilife power window regulators and extra set of power regulators. It has a headliner that has the radio and speakers, ut did not spend allot on that as the sound of the exhaust is music to your ears. The tilt steering column and steering wheel are Flaming River units. Switches in the dash radio spot are for various ignition, ans, nd fuel pump override.

I have kept all the receipts and pictures of the build, nd will provide them with the sale.

It has a clear Utah title, nd I am the official second owner. I have a copy of the original title and build sheet that came with the truck. The truck had approximately 74,000 actual miles when I started the build in 2009.

Overall it is a good looking and good running truck which I have had many compliments. It has less than 500 miles on it, nd I hate to part with it, ut I am ready for my next project. For questions call or text Shayn 435-828-8927 or e-mail me at shayn@ubtanet.com. Thanks and good luck.
