1971 Datsun 510 4 door
I purchased it from a local used car dealer in Great Falls Mt in
1983. It had a new motor, lutch and new tires. I have driven it
every day to work over 30 years, nd on several vacations around
the state. I retired last year and see that the Datsun needs to retire also.
It has new tires and a new battery two years ago.
The key switch is worn and sometimes does not turn far enough so I had a push button installed to start
and a washer switch for washer fluid. The car runs and starts well, ut needs a lot of little repair and
maintenance. Over 30 years I have put new starter, lternators, arburetor, nd
other maintenance, ut no major repair.
It has 170789.2 miles on it. Its a manual 4 speed, cylinder, ed
Rust on three fenders, ourth fender was replaced, ee photo, br>dash was cracked in 1983 when I purchased it,
