Up for sale is my 1978 Nissan Datsun 280z Black Pearl Edition. This car is a real deal #638 paint code car with the special wheels, acing mirrors, nd rear louvers (one of 800-1200 ever built!). It features a great running L28 2.8L I6 engine. It also has a very nice shifting 5 speed manual transmission(clutch feels new). This is also a factory AC car. Overall I would classify the condition of the car good, specially for its age. The odometer reads a little over 28k, would guess the carmore realisticallyhas 128K onit. Its a very original car that has not been cut-up, odified, r molested! This car really deserves a high grade restoration and a spot in a museum or private collection. The exterior of the car is still sporting its original bumpers and all of the correct badging (none missing). The paint does have some flaws such as scratches, ents, ings, nd a few patches of bubbling paint. I would consider it good driver quality as it sits. The car still has all of its chrome trim which is all in excellent shape as well. The interior of the car is VERY nice. Brand new carpet kit, eadliner, mbroidered floor mats, nd dash mat. The seats are perfect. No rips or tears. The car also has a upgraded stereo system with 4 speakers and a newer CD, M, M head unit. The suspension feels very tight with limited squeaks and rattles.The car hasan assortment of new bushings underneath it. It also has Tokico Illumina adjustable struts withnew lowering sport springs. The car has 4 wheel disk brakes! It has a rear disk brake conversion that I believe is an MSA kit. It truly stops on a dime. The wheels on the car have been newly restored and have been appraised at over $2500 alone. It has Brand new Bridgestone Tires on it as well. This is a great opportunity to own a pretty rare piece of Z car history. Black Pearls don't go on the market too often. The values of all these earlyZ cars are climbing by the day!
