1978 Datsun 280Z 2 door fast back
* 6 cylinder in line fuel injected (ran when parked 5 years ago)* 5 speed manual transmission (good)* clutch works but needsreplacement* black bucket leatherette seat but needs recover* dash is weather cracked but I have a replacement cover for it* carpeting needs replacement* weather stripping will all need to be replaced* welded in new floors and coated* body: 5mph bumpers removed, ndentations in body where they were inset was plated and coated, erf bars were fabricated and installed car has the look of a 240Z, ody had some rust some had metalreplacement others had filler, oorhinges are solid and alinement is great in fact all thealinements look good* paint: car is presently in grey/brown primer originally it was an orangey color* tires: have tread and hold air but are weather checked real bad* glass is all installed and is not cracked, indows roll up/down* radio - stock* gas tank was removed, leaned, hecked for leaks, oated and reinstalled* lights were removed for body work but all worked* suspension and steering all work good
This car is a project. It will need to be trailered.Independent rear suspension is highly sought after by builders. This car has great potential unfortunately I have too many other projects and this is taking up valuable garage space.
