Description of 1982 Datsun Stanza Hatch back

One owner has always been garaged, all repair receipts, original manual also shop manual. This car has been well maintained, nothing missing in the interior or exterior. Original paint, no accidents other than slight damage when a tired blew but that was repaired. The rear hatch seal has damage to the bottom due to hauling things in and out of back hatch. The AC is not working could be the compressed or needs a recharge. The interior is perfect, everything original except for the radio which was replaced about ten years ago. Small dings from parking lot.
The transmission was just rebuilt about 6 months ago by Amco and is still under warranty. The exterior paint is original but my mother did not notice that while shopping they were painting a building an it got some small amounts of overspray on the paint. I believe it would be easily rubbed out.
This car is close to be a show car, Runs good. Also has the original brochure from the dealer. It is a head turner and every time my mom had it serviced people were interesting in buying the car.
