Description of 1969 Datsun 510

Forsale is a ready to drive Datsun 510 2 door sedan. This car was restored about 5 years ago by the previous owner. Car has been located in the California desert for all of its known history. The body is extremely straight and free of visible rust. Still has the original 1600 L16 in it with a larger Webber Carb. I was told that the motor was rebuilt, but do not have reciepts to show. Runs extremely strong. Has 70's style AC which blows extremely cold. Car also has a wide ratio 5 speed in it allowing an easy 70mph cruising speed in 5th gear. Brakes are new and firm. My plan was to eventually pull the motor and trans and install something more modern in as the rest of the car is done! Only selling because i have too many datsun projects that need attention.
