We must receive the part back within the warranty period and a copy of the original invoice is required. No labor warranty is provided. The returned part has to be the original part we shipped and in the same condition. If the part has been dismantled or taken apart the warranty will be void.

If possible we will send you a replacement, if not we will refund the purchase price of the part.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

To return an item you must contact us via email through e-bay within the warranty period and we will send you the refund instruction email.

Our default shipping rates are for mainland US states only via UPS ground or USPS (which ever is most cost effective). Insurance will be included.

If you need the part shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or a PO Box please email us before purchasing and we will provide you with the correct shipping charges.

If the rate is the same for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico as the mainland rate, it will be noted in the item description.

International shipping is not available. Expedited shipping is not available.
