1979 Datsun 280 ZX 2 Seats Coupe Grey RWD Manual

79 Datsun 280ZX It runs when it wants to, drives very well when it does run, brakes work. Transmission shifts nicely through all gears and the clutch works. Has a brand new Mishimoto radiator, starter, and brake master cylinder. Most of the gauges work, seat sliders work, power windows work, hood and hatch releases work. The rear hatch is in excellent condition, hood scoops are also in perfect condition. Windshield wipers work too.

The bad:

The car is very rusty. All rust is shown in the pictures. I have not had time to diagnose the EFI very much so I don’t know why it runs intermittently but injector #3 is bad and almost every connector on the engine needs replaced. The engine has good compression but does burn some oil when running.

Because the car is so rusty I doubt anyone will want to put in the work to repair it. I assume any buyer will want this as a parts car so I listed every good and working component. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. I do have a clean Utah title and will not sell parts off the car.
