RARE Nissan Fairlady Z L model ( Datsun 240Z ) Classic JDM RHD Excellent TRADE ?

ULTRA RARE Early Production (series1) JDM Fairlady Z's. By all accounts there are less than 10 of these early fairlady Z's in the U.S... only 1 other for sale... I have 2 I'm offering from my private collection. This listing is for the patina yellow L model. FULLY DOCUMENTED back to original sale in Japan to a US serviceman March 1970. This is a survivor, mechanically refreshed and maintained as a reliable DAILY DRIVER. It runs and drives excellent. It is RUST FREE in the normal Z problem areas... chassi, frame, underside etc are clean and solid. I left the natural exterior patina because I love the look of a sleeper like this. I drive the car regularly. L model features several very rare options such as competition steering wheel, FACTOR 5 Speed, footrest, ralley clock etc. It retains period drivetrain L24 with upgrades and proper mods and exhaust. I have the original L20 including JDM carbs on a stand. This little Z would be an awesome weekend cruiser, daily driver, or addition to any collection... I have the orange 70 Fairlady and other Z cars available as well.
The body has natural patina on mostly original paint as you can see. Chassis, frame, floors, rear hatch sill, doglegs, etc all clean and solid. Doors close tight and windows work nice. Mag rims and near new tires (ask about rim options if you dont like these... I have plenty). Get's tons of looks and compliments everywhere we roll.
The interior is fabulous as well... panels, carpet, and seats all look great... dash is cracked under the cover. Gauges, lights, and electronics all work properly except the clock of course.
L24 motor starts idles and runs fantastic... upgraded and tuned perfectly! The car has great power... Original L20 on a stand. Factory 5-speed Trans shifts smooth and strong through the gears!! Suspension is upgraded... feels tight and provides excellent ride and brakes stop straight and sure. Strong, powerful, and reliable... freshly serviced and tuned... ready to roll.... definite daily driver capable.
Overall this is an extremely rare Classic Z in great condition all around. I am a Z collector. This one makes a great investment and/or Awesome Weekend Cruiser, daily driver, or whatever you like. Great for any enthusiast, collector, or anyone looking for a cool and unique Vintage sports car at a great price.
