Super rare 1982, Datsun 720 diesel pick up truck

This truck is in very good condition for its age. It runs and drives as it should. The body is straight and the under body and frame are clean and rust free. The paint job is good from 8 feet away. I did not paint it, but it looks like it’s a single stage paint which would look a lot better if color sanded. The paint is not as shiny as it should be and has orange peel. It looks like the cab may have been removed from the frame to paint the floors underneath. See pictures. The engine runs very well with no strange noises, and it does not smoke. The original brake vacuum pump that was connected at the back of the alternator has been removed and an electric vacuum pump has been added on the passenger wheel well. The electric pump is noisy, but runs intermittently only when needed. The transmission and clutch work as they should. All the lights horn and wipers work. This truck is not equipped with power steering. At low speed it is difficult to steer. This truck is not Equipped with air conditioning. The tires have good tread, but are over 10 years old. I would recommend replacing them. I do not know how old the spare tire is. The rear jump seats are missing and I do not have them. The plastic cover underneath the steering column is missing and I do not have it. The boot around the shifter is missing and I do not have it. This is a very clean very rare diesel truck that would be great for your weekend projects.

There are some cracks on the dashboard top. The front ball joint rubber covers are shot.
