Description of 1981 DeLorean

WellI'msure no expert on Deloreans, ut a friend of mine has owned this DMC-12 for quite a fewyears.Hejust lost his storage garage, o I ended up withitand am now sellingit.
I will tell you all that I know and ashonestlyas I know it...My friend was thesecondowner, nd thiscarwas originally sold inColorado.
The original owner was a die-hard Delorean enthusiast,and wasactive in showingthiscar atlocalshows etc.
The car has under 12,500 original miles, ndisin excellent overall condition.It has been servicedregularlyat a Delorean shop in Boulder Colorado.
The only thing I would address if I were to keep it, ouldbe toreplacetheHeadliner-pads in the doors, nd check out the noise in the passenger side window motor?
I have tried to take good pictures so you can see its overallcondition.It sure not perfect, ut is still a beautiful car. and in excellent original condition. It runs and drives just like a 12,500 mile car should.
The car is 35 years old and being sold as-is.I would much rather youplanfor the worst, nd hope for the bestthanbedisappointedin anyway.I have a clear and openColoradotitle for it as well as the original window invoice. It also comes with the original polish-kit, large and complete service and parts binders, s well as a large-multi year "delorean world" magazine collection.
The car is just how Ireceivedit. the car could use some detailing and cleaning. With a little elbow grease andeffortthis car could head for the car shows once again in my opinion.
My opening bid is 17,500 with no reserve.Now... all of this having been said... I can'timaginefinding a lower millage, r a moreoriginalandun-molested Delorean like this for the price.
