1967 Dodge D100 Sweptline Short Bed Pick-up Truck / Big Block 440 Wedge and FAST EZ-EFI Fuel Injection System / Automatic Three Speed Up for sale is my 1967 Dodge D100 Sweptline Short Bed. I purchased it from the shop manager at Findlay Customs here in Nevada. The shop was customizing it for a customer and for whatever reason the shop ended up with it. I have close to $10,000 in receipts, ncluding parts and labor, one by Findlay Customs. The late 70's Big Block 440 Wedge (1975-1979) engine was purchased here locally and built by Findlay Customs. A Fast EZ-EFI fuel injection system was added ($2,500) and it is a gear drive. Currently it has about 460 miles on the rebuilt engine, ut I still drive it at least a couple of miles every weekend. It was originally a six cylinder with a manual transmission. A three speed automatic transmission (A-727) was added and the shift lever remains on the column for a stock look. The transmission slips a little and leaks a little too. However, t still runs great, ut I would recommend getting it serviced, ebuilt or replaced in the near future. A-727 transmissions are cheap to rebuild or to replace ($800-$1300 depending on performance upgrades) and there are plenty out there for sale. The clutch slave cylinder was removed from the engine compartment. The dual fans keep it running cool, ven here in Las Vegas during the summer. The new dual exhaust only runs three quarters of the way back. It is a little loud in the cab, ut should mellow out if plumbed to the rear and once sound damping and interior carpet is installed. All of the lights, ignals, nterior light, tereo (I did remove the speakers but they are included with purchase) and windshield wipers work. The brake system is original, ll four drums, ith a working E-Brake. It has a new aluminum gauge insert with new, ll working, auges. It is manual steering, o power steering. There are automatic steering options that bolt on if you desire. The bench seat has been reupholstered and is in great shape with no tears. All of the glass is intact and functions, olls up and rolls down. The glass seals are old and will need to be replaced. The interior paint needs to be done. There is no carpet, eadliner or visors. The doors latch and lock with the keys. The original fuel tank, ehind the seat, as removed and a new aluminum 15 gallon fuel tank was relocated under the bed. There were two patch panels done in the front floor of the cab and it looks like it was done a while ago. Other than typical under carriage surface rust there doesn't appear to be anycancer, he body is in great shape and short beds are rare to find. Both bumpers, nd the grill, ave been powder coated gloss black. The paint job (Olympic White WA-864) is just okay. There are runs sags scratches and blemishes. It shines and looks good at five feet. Leaf springs have been removed to give it the lower stance and new adjustable coil-overs were added up front. The wheels are also new (Vintiques Chrysler Police 69 Series with locks). The tires are in great shape. This truck gets a lot of attention. It is a cool hot rod truck. I, nd most people, ike it because you don't see old Dodge trucks in this good of shape, nd lets face it, his cool looking. Something different from your typical Ford and Chevy trucks. Reason for sale. I'm looking for something older, ate 20's early 30's ford coupe, udor or roadster pick-up (RPU). 30's and 40's two door coupes. SOLD AS IS. There is no warranty expressed or implied with the purchase of this truck. Please ask any and all question before bidding. If you are not prepared to pay at least $7,250 (my reserve), LEASE DO NOT BID! I may sell it locally. I reserve the right to end this auction early for any reason. Shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. However, will deliver it to a local Las Vegas, evada shipping company. Clear Nevada title in hand. Cash in hand or certified bank checks only. I will not release the vehicle until all money has cleared and is available. Cash in person is preferred. Thank you for your interest. Happy Bidding!
