You are looking at a head turning Hot Rod 1968 Dodge D-100 Mooneyes Shop Truck Short Bed 1/2 ton With lots of special ordered features, pgrades and custom touches. The engine is a 225 Slant Six and is a strong runner, reat on gas - stock carburetor and air cleaner with new element. Recently boiled and sealed stock fuel tank, uel lines, ew electric fuel pump. Newer 12V battery and 80 amp Alternator. New water pump, ual Flex-a lite Electric Fans, lean radiator and good hoses keep this Hot Rod running cool. The 727 torque flite Automatic transmission shifts smooth through all the gears smoothly with selection made on the Dash Speed shifter. This 1/2 ton truck sits on 15" Red Line Tires with 5 lug chromie rims. Drum breaks in the front, lug and drums in the rear. Newer Master cylinder stops the brakes great. A lowered ride with reversed eyed springs in the front. Good OEM Windshield with one small chip and tinted back glass with good seals. The rest of the glass is chip and crack free. The Exhaust dumps out under the bed and sounds great! This "One of a Kind Truck" has many new and upgraded parts. The Checkered Flag seat shows very well and is really comfortable with white matching sun visors. The black dash is complete with Ash Tray and functioning glove box. Stock Door Panels with black side arm rest. Old School FM/AM/Tape deck radio installed and functioning classic tunes sound awesome while cruising this vintage Truck. Plush cut pile charcoal carpet kit. Vintage steering wheel wrap with Mopar center to match dash. The body is all original Mopar steel. The step side fenders have been changed out to Ford fenders at some point over the years. Looks to be an older restoration with a tribute to the legendary Moon Eyes Speed shop that still shows well. There are some very small areas of visible rust bubbles under the paint on this truck (see pics) with older signs of repair. Shot in a Safety Yellow with a two tone white cap. This Special Pickup has a lot of custom touches. Commercial Bumper in the front looks to have had a push bar mounted at some point. Commercial 68' grill working lights. Steel Dodge embossed tailgate with working chain latches. The bed has been lowered 3 inches and steel reinforced ply-wood bed, ery usable to haul a Chopper, obber, r Drag Bike. This truck is VERY SOLID!!! This is a California truck and has always been to the best of my knowledge, daily driver with Current Registration with Clear title. Visible Vin and Body Tags. Drive as is or restore it. Not your average field find pickup. Great for Business Advertisement, ust see to appreciate!!!
