This car was the top of the line in 1954. It was the 1954 pace car for the 1954 Indy 500. It has a top speed of 132 mph. I purchased the car in 2001 in California which is where it spent its life. Since I have had it, t has never seen snow or rain and has always been kept in a temperature controlled enviroment. Since I purchased it I have replaced the shocks, -joints, ear springs. I had the paint totally removed (to bare metal) and repainted with sikins base coat clear coat. Most of the trim (that is not stainless) has been re-chromed. The interior has been totally replaced by a professional with original style material from the head liner to the floor mat. The only item on the engine that needed attention was the carburator and I rebuilt it (single bbl). This car does not have power steering, ower seats, ower windows, r power brakes. I have a lot of the orginal paperwork with it along with a total vehicle manual from the Chrylser company. This is used to do anything to the car from overhauling the engine to emptying the ash tray. I try to drive it at least 200 miles every year. There are no fluid leaks of any kind. This car also has an automatic over drive which give the car a "passing gear" when the accelator is slamed to the floor. The spare tire is original while I have replace the other 4 about 4 years ago. This car is in Stougton, I and it can be shipped or driven to any location. I will take a down payment via PayPal and the rest upon taking posession of the car via cashiers check, ash, r personal/business check after it has cleared.
