Description of 1960 Dodge Dart

In all the searches for Dodge Dart. I guarantee only a hand full of these pop up. This is a 3 owner car. (previous owner information). I bought this car in July of 2013 in Carrollton Mo and began the process of removing everything. The car's odometer shows a little over 28000 miles. The previous owner stated it was true and fortunately he's a man of his word. That being said. when I pulled the motor to have it freshened up. harden seats. hone. bearings. ect. I sent it to my buddy Dave Anderson of Anderson racing here in town. Dave's and I have been doing business for 30 years. He's been building race engines forever. He said when he looked at the motor. it was truly a 28000 mile motor. The interior was original. but I went ahead and had it redone as well. carpet. seats. Also put the dynomat down. The original spare is in the trunk. along with the jack and lug wrench and original floor mats. The original motor is a 318 V8 4 barrel. original carb (rebuilt). 3 speed torque flight push button transmission (first year) that was also rebuilt. I added power steering so the cruise night parking just got easier. I do have the build sheet. It was under the seat. All the chrome inside and out was replated and the stainless polished. So much has been done. I have a record of the body work. It does have an MSD ignition box for easier start ups and cleaner running. Give me a shout if you have any questions.
