this 1929 plymouth 3 window coupe is all original steel. it is channelled over 32 ford rails. the new floor is steel. it is not chopped or sectioned, there was no rust repair before the car was built into a hot rod. it was purchased as a complete original car. the original chassis, wheels and driveline have been sold. the wood inside the body has been replaced with steel. the doors still retain the original wood, latches, window regulators, and glass. the front windshield still retracts upward for ventilation. the roof features a sliding canvas top, the original seat has just been re-upholstered with Mohair. the carpet is New and the remaining upholstery is also brand new fabric, closely matching the seat. the trunk upholstery is also new. the Dual batteries and fuel tank are accessed from the trunk. the hidden master cyl is under the dash. the brakes are large 4 piston racing calipers, the rotors are vented, the rear end is a "real" quick change by Winters, the trans mission is stock chrysler 727 torque flight from the 70'sand now for the best the 1957 392 Hemi has been bore, has new low compression pistons, a mild cam and a under-driven 6/71 blower make it friendly to drive, it runs cool does not stall or cough, it has 2 holley single pump 390 ccm carbs. and an electric fuel pump. the rear suspension is widely adjustable and is raised almost to the max right now, the car comes with a pair of 9 in rear wheels that allow the body to be ;owe red back to almost level, the rear is mounted to a pair of coil-over shocks. the front axle is a oe ford unit on a single spring, not sure wtat year or model it was from, the car has never been offered for sale as it has just been finished, it is My car, please no brokers or tyre kickers, opening price is the minimum no reserv, no games, do Not bid unless you are buying, No excuses, Car is in west central florida available for inspection by appointment. all that being said if you are interested but afraid to place a bid send me your number and I will return the call.
