Description of 1984 Dodge Ram 2500

This truck has not been driven since 2013. The truck will start and ru, but needs a battery and a tune up.( has troubleidling) There is something wrong with the transmission or Torque Convertor. Is has a very hard time moving under its own power. I have not done anything to the truck besides clean the outside. The inside of the truck is in decent condition, but is in need of a good cleaning due to sitting. This truck is being sold AS IS and will need to be trailered or towed from here.
