Description of 1970 Dodge Charger |
The car does not run buy choice first and foremost,I choose when i bought the car to not put it back to running state until i completed the body work as it needs as following:new hood which i have the old,Patches in the floor pan, which are three small areas,The trunk pan,The rear quarters need top be replaced, along with other minor areas that need body work. The things that i to my knowledge do not have that are missing are as follows:The carpet, door panel,a/c hoses and condenser, body bolts and fasteners and anything else that could be missing i do not know about.I do have a wide assorment of parts to go along with the car such as follows:Body parts,Mostly all the interior,Trim, gages, dash parts,One door panel, ext. The only things that are not original to the car is as follows:The motor which is a 440 4 barrol, the radatior,The rims,The shocks. What i have bought for the car is as follows:New master cyclender, tourqe converter, belts, shocks, transmission bolts, start bolts, tourqe converter bolts, key with cyclender, oil dip stick with tube, heat wrap for headers, plugs, plug wires,1970 master dodge servie manuel. This car is a year one/year only car due to the fact that dodge made the front end longer with other Thngs such as valcum a/c door componets and other options.this car is one of 27,000 that was made in 1970 and will not take much to complete as i have also hade members from the music city mopar club inspect the car.The car is 60% done with more work as i have listed that needs to go but the car will make a great project even for a father and son to do.I am aware that alot of people are scared off when you see bondo and i can assure you that any bondo that is on the car is visable and removable as i made it this way to tempoaryly fill the holes after cutting the rust away as i did not want any rust reapearing.Like anyone else that is selling thier charger,I simply ran out of money to finish the car and the debt is just stacking up,and that being said let me make this clear,i am in no shape or form being pressured to sell this car and i can sit on it if i have to,i love this car dearly and it pains me that i am selling it,but as i have said i can sit on it and let the bills rack up.Now in 3 weeks this car will most likly not be on the market depending on what my freind stacy daivd says when he comes to look at the charger so if you are intersted then you need to act fast while i am still in the thought of letting the charger goand i wnat to lastly say that by the information i just shared i want to let everyone know that that is not intended to make someone jump at buying my car i just felt like i should be upfornt with my thoughts and feelings and at any case i look foward to doing business with youNow i want to bring this up because i see alot of people pull their cars out of the garage and i do not have the option of being able to do that due to the steep angle of the driveway.XP29: Dodge Charger Premium 2 Door Sports Hardtop L0G: 383 290HP 1-2BBL 8 CYL 1970 St. Louis, MO, USA 138276: Sequence number E61: 383 cid 2 barrel V8 290hp D32: Heavy Duty Automatic Transmission FK5: Dark Burnt Orange Metallic Exterior Color C6K4: Trim - Charger, Vinyl Bucket Seats, Burnt Orange FK5: Dark Burnt Orange Metallic Int.
