1955 Dodge Truck C-1

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO FOLLOW THRU WITH PURCHASE! I have already had a buyer back out after agreeing to buy the truck.

1955 Dodge ½ ton Truck C-1 series (based on vehicle serial number it is a sub model DU6) with "5 window" cab. This truck is a Southern California/Arizona truck with nice body, no rust and good paint job. This truck is a "survivor" with original flat head 6 cyl, manual steering, and 4 speed manual transmission (with a granny gear). This truck is a dailydriver and drives very nice at 45/50mph.Clutchand brakes work great. There is a little slop in the steering and it does leak a little oil, but certainly in the acceptable range for a 61 year old truck!

All glass/windows are in very good condition. No cracks, etc. All window/door cranks work. Head lights, turn signals and brake lights work. All gauges’ work, except gas and engine temperature gauge. Driver side door locks from the inside and the passenger door locks with key. Also, 2 sets of keys provided, including locking gas cap.

New tires, New wiper arms/blades, New battery (12 volt), oil change, and radiator flush/fill (Dec 2016).

Door weather stripping and adhesive

Dodge Ram hood emblem and side Dodge lettering. All have mounting studs with nuts and mounting holes are pre-existing on truck. So, all you need to do is install.

Replacement glove box

Full size rubber bed mat (1" plywood under the rubber mat)

Tool box (48”x10”x14”)

The issues:

1. Interior dome light doesn't work.

2. gas gauge and engine temperature gauge do not work

3. Cigarette lighter is present but doesn't work.

4. No rear bumper.

5. Missing driver side/passenger side sun visor
