Description of 1967 Dodge Charger |
Here is a rare opportunity to add to your collection a super rare and hard to find Dodge Charger..! This is an original California car and its rust free...! Only had two owners since new and the last owner had the car since 1969. Additional 88detailphotos can be send upon request.. ExteriorThe car has nice silver paint that is in good (but not great) shape, few smallscratches here and there but it still looks very presentable for its age. The car is pretty straight and there's no rust issues whatsoever or underneath the chassis. All original chrome moldings are with the car and they are all in good condition. Tires are new and wheels are original to the car . Engine bayAutomatic transmission, this vehicle boasts aV8, 383 big block engine, a racing cam, a larger than normal oil pan, and other modifications designed for high speeds. The re-built original engine has 44k miles, and has a new master cylinder, battery, oil pan, and brake booster, plus some other recent repairs. InteriorThe original interior is dark bluethe door panels, rear quarter panel's rear bench seats, headliner and carpets are original to the car.The two front seats are from Dodge B-body seats from a Dart, but will need re-upholstery. This car comes equipped with rare air conditioning that blows cold...! the heater also works greatand the gauges; headlight rotators do not, likely need a new motor. Original radio does not work, but there's a radio/cassette installed, and the speakers work fine. Car has only been in California, so no rust or weathering, Car comes with numerous parts The previous owner collected through the years, that may be useful, or are sell or trade-able. This is a fast car; passing gear will push you back against your seat, it's tremendous fun to drive. It's also rather rare; there were fewer '67's made than the 1966, which was the only other Charger with the fastback body. It's a striking car to look at, and gets a lot of notice when you drive it.Many receipts from regular maintenance willcome with the purchase of the car. Questions concerns ??
