Description of 1970 Dodge Dart Custom |
1970 Dodge Dart Custom 4-door 54K original miles trade or best cash offer. Low mileage 54K original car in fantastic condition. Been kept indoors most of its life and it shows. EF8 Green, Numbers matching 318 / 904 automatic. Drum brakes, AM radio, Black bench seat interior. Still has points in the distributor, starts first time every time. This is a survivor that has a few paint touch-ups, no major collisions I could find. The trunk is spotless, the jack is in great condition, the spare tire well is clean. Underneath is clean, trunk floor extensions, frame rails all are in very good condition. Previous owners changed maintenance items like tires / exhaust. The interior is in great condition, carpet has some minor fade but very presentable, front and rear seats are original and still soft, no rips including the rear seat back next to the package tray - normally these are sun dried and cracked, this Dart shows no cracking or rips. Even the ashtray looks brand new. I bought this Dart a few months ago to build a hot street cruiser / sleeper. Since then I found another car so this one has just been sitting in the shop and I doubt I will ever build it. To nice to part out, this is a perfect cruise night car, survivor driver or a great base for a hot rod / sleeper build. Great Father / Son / Daughter project that you can drive as is. Start the adventure by flying in and driving this one home. It is that nice and I would trust it to make the Journey (bring your AAA card just in case - smile). I would also be interested in trades, I am a 1970 Coronet fanatic so those get first preference, followed by 1st generation 66-67 Chargers. The dart is at my shop (USCT Motorsports) in Graham NC and we can do anything you might want to do, upgrade to big bolt pattern, add a rear mounted turbocharger, add A/C etc. Or just bring the Dart home and enjoy a low mileage nice running classic car. Trades accepted, let me know what you have. Thanks. |
