Description of 1941 Dodge Power Wagon military

Has Knox box, not original dodge box. Engine is stuck, block appears to be cracked. I currently DO NOT HAVE TITLE. Cab is rusty, but dash serial numbers match frame serial numbers. Build date 8/19/1941.
