Description of 1950 Dodge Power Wagon

1950 Dodge Power Wagon with unstoppable off-road performance from Legacy Classic Trucks.  This street legal truck is ready for serious play time.  The truck features a 6. 2 Liter Hot Cam Chevy LS3 with 480hp.  This is mated to a th400 automatic transmission and Atlas 3. 8:1 twin-stick transfer case.  Power is transferred via Tom Wood's driveshafts to the rear Corperate 14-bolt axle and the front Dana 60.  The rear axle features a Detroit Locker and the front diff has an ARB locker.  This is then routed through 4. 56 gears and 35 spline shafts.  The 4-wheel disk brakes slow down the 39. 5" Irok Radial tires down in a hurry.  On the trail you can air down the tires because of the 17" Trailready HD Beadlock wheels.  Power steering comes via a PSC steering box with cross-over steering.  The suspension features 14" King Coil-overs with remote resiviours.  The tunable shocks allow for an incredable ride both on and off road.  The rear suspension is a double triangulated 4-link. the front is a custom 3-link with pan hard bar.  The interior of the truck is very functional.  It has a Mojave heater with defrost. wipers. and sealed Carling Marine Rocker switches.  The gauges are easy to ready with Autometer instruments and a B&M shifter.  The truck features Corbeau suspension seats and full race harnesses which are anchored to the roll-bar.  The rear of the buggy has a simple tube frame with houses the 20 gallon Race Approved fuel cell.  This truck cruises on the highway at 70mph. off-road it will go anywhere.  The Ron Davis radiator and dual Spal Fans will prevent any overheating.  If you get in trouble their is a Warn 9. 00lb winch on the custom front bumper.  The rear fenders are removable for trips off-road.  People have asked about a bed.  Legacy could build a Power Wagon "short-bed" (5'0") to replace the current cage.  The cost would be about $13. 00. 00 to make it as nice as the rest of the truck.  Currently the truck is street-legal with Peterbilt dual lamp headlights. functional cowl lights. and rear LED lamps for brake and turn.  This monster is available now and ready for delivery worldwide.
