1951 Dodge PickupB-SeriesFlathead 64-Speed Manual Transmission Previously the shop truck for the Texaco shop in Hanford California. It's in amazing condition for being as old as it is and for being a shop truck. Runs and drives great. idles smooth. no knocks or pings. Converted from the 6 volt system to 12 volt. All lights are in working order. Bench seat has brand new upholstery. Steering is smooth. Clutch has a lot of life. Speedometer works. Truck has a light in the engine compartment. under the dash and an interior dome light. Both windows roll up and down smooth and with ease. The driver side window has sustained a crack. but still functions as it should. Back glass also has a crack. Body has a few dings here and there. nothing major. fenders have some dents. as pictured. Has some surface rust is a few areas which add to the aged patina. Radiator has a small leak on the underside somewhere. A new radiator would fix it. but we wanted to keep it stock and original. so we left it as is and just add fluid occasionally. This is a great looking pickup to leave as is. or a great candidate for a restoration since it has such good bones. It's a great truck to run errands in. The removable metal floor pan has rust all the way through. on the driver and passenger side just at the toe edge. but this is the part that is screwed in and replacement floor pans are available. I kept the truck pretty much how I got it. just had the seat re-upholstered. Please feel free to come view the truck. inspections are welcomed BEFORE the listing ends.
