Description of 1991 Dodge Spirit

The last 4 pictures are the only documents that I have from the presumed second owner, he could have been the third but from the amount paid and mileage probably second. I also think that on the car report it only showed two owners. He was a retired Dodge dealer and passed away at 85 and I bought two of his cars both gorgeous and well cared for. The odometer no longer works and is stuck at a little over 49k. I don't believe I have come near 5000 miles since I bought it in 2014. The same mechanic has taken care of it and can answer questions if I can't and I have all the work paperwork from his maintenance the last few years.
