Description of 1976 Dodge Aspen Low price class

I have decided to sell my super rar e Halo roof 318 four speed Aspen as is rather than repair the rear quarter from damage sustained in a collision last November. The car is a legitimate 8500 original mile survivor. Unfortunately the right rear quarter will need repair. I have had several body repair specialists examine the damage and they have all concluded the quarter panel can be repaired. I am an A-body man at heart so I would rather sell than repair the car. I have done a few mild modifications to improve performance but I have every original part that can easily be changed over in a weekends time. I installed a Comp XE268 cam kit and Cloyes double roller chain along with P4120249 red 340 valve springs and I installed new valve seals due to age. The engine is topped with an Edelbrock Performer intake and 500 CFM Edelbrock carburetor. I installed headers and fabricated a temporary dual exhaust that dumps before the rear axle. The car runs and drives excellent and I put 1500 miles on it last year prior to the moron backing into me on a public highway! The body does have some other unrelated dings and a dent in the very front of the hood. I have a VERY nice hood trim piece but the hood will need to be repaired or replaced at your discretion. I installed a damn near perfect grille that is 100% CRACK FREE!!! Both front fenders are original and the original owner would not allow the dealer to change them even though they are plagued with pimples on the tops. Two sets of NOS Mopar fenders go with the car. The dash is MINT AND CRACK FREE! I installed a date correct AM/FM unit in place of the factor AM only piece. There are no rips or tears in the upholstery and besides a few small areas of mild discoloration the seats are perfect. I was told there were only 27 halo top 76' Aspen's built and this one is the only 318 four speed unit out of the 27 cars. This car is much more rare than any R/T or Super Coupe with the options it has and the Halo top! Try and find another one like it, you will not! Geico insurance tried like hell to no avail! I am just looking to recoup what I have invested in the car and take a loss on the labor I have into it. Everything works and it has all new rubber on cop wheels.
