Description of 1968 Dodge Coronet 440 |
----NO RESERVE AUCTION!!! **PLEASE VISIT MY STORE TO SEESOME OF THE OTHER MOPAR PARTS I HAVE AVAILABLE I have been buying and selling Mopars since 1979 and this is probably the Most solid B-Body I have ever found. This is 99% Rust free with only the RS rear lower outer quarter needing to be replaced. Floor pans are extremely nice and trunk pan is great. AlsoPerfect frame rails. This car has been stored for a long time. It is a 2 door Pillar Post Coronet 440 which came factory with a 318 Engine and 3 speed automatic. Car does not come with a motor or transmission. This car is ready for final body work and paint and can quickly be restored since there is not a lot of metal replacement. If you want a solid easy to restore B-body here it is. Since it is a post car it would be a great Super Bee clone. Car is originally Dark Turquoise with White seats and door panels. The only thing that goes with the car that is not pictured is the front and rear window trim except the LS front window trim. The glass is all there and in pretty nice condition other than basic scratches and wear. The front windshield has a rock chip at the bottom and basic wiper wear but ok for a driver. Car has 8-3/4 rear end but not sure of what gear it has. Car has been sanded to get all the filler that I could find and car looks nice. I did find an old repair that runs down part of the passenger door and into the quarter panel but this would be an easy fix. The rest of the car just has basic dings and a couple small dents. Car comes with Clear Tennessee Title in my Name. Fender Tag Decodes as: CAR: Dodge Coronet 440 2 Door Pillar Coupe MOLDINGS: ABC OPTIONS: abc OPTIONS: Most of these cars have a lot of rust and by the time you were done with themyou would have more in them than what I am asking for this one plus it would take you a year or longer to get your car to where this one is already and have to deal with replacement panels and be at the mercy of your body guy.
