Description of 1969 Dodge Charger 500 |
-1969 Dodge Charger 500 -440 4bbl - console 4speed -Dana 60 w/ 3.54 -T5 Copper with Saddle Tan interior -Power XHD drum brakes, power steering -Passenger side rear view mirror -Runs and drives great... Not more to say other than theuniqueness of the car, being one of thehomologated 1969 Charger 500s built to satisfy NASCAR rules on street car production requirements. I won't give all sorts jiggles and jangles on the car like brokers do. Anyone interested in the car will know exactly what it is. DOES NOT have the original 440 and manual 4speed. The block is a 69 440 HP and the transmission is 1970. Has new brake and fuel lines along with tank. Again, the car drives great. Have brand new 15x8 (rear) and 15x7 (front) magnum 500with new tires. If you are looking for a great, very nice looking Mopar Aerocar, this is the one.. IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE the original block and tranny, this is NOT the car for you... I would have no reservations to drive this car any where. Here are somevideos of me out and about enjoying the car. I reserve the right to cancel sale since it is being marketed locally. 832-498-4406: Troy ---- Heading home in my 1969 Dodge Charger 500 - YouTube Video will open in a new window Pulling out in the 1969 Charger 500 - YouTube Video will open in a new window Cruising in the 69 Charger 500; my 4speed fix for the week. - YouTube Video will open in a new window On Dec-01-18 at 15:17:21 PST, seller added the following information: All,I'm getting some questions about the often-asked-about "XS" versus "XX" on the fender tag....... It has been observed that the early production 500's has XS on the fender tag and the later ones had XX.. It seems sometime in Nov. 68 it was changed from XS to XX. The other items to look for are the A11 ( 500 package >> Daytona later on ) and the 925XXX on the SPD. The 925 designates the 500 models... Into the future, the 926 prefix would be for the Daytona package.. |
