Cummins engines have been an option in RAM pickups since 1989. That is more than 30 years they have worked together to create quite arguably the toughest and most reliable workhorse on the road. The first generation only produced 160 HP but produced a staggering 400 foot pounds of torque, which for the time stomped the competition. The dodge truck was re-introduced and re-marketed to RAM in 1983 and that body of trucks has become very popular among enthusiasts. This... particular RAM is a body, interior and engine from a 1993 2WD truck showing the correct mileage. The Transmission was swapped out for a more durable 2nd generation transmission with O/D when the swap to a 1993 4WD frame and chassis was performed about two years ago. Not to mention that both trucks were dry Arizona vehicles that are rust free. The interior shows like new and the truck runs and drives extremely strong. The 4WD system operates flawlessly and looks excellent sporting a 4" Rough Country lift. The top of the cab and hood were re-sprayed due to sun fading but no paint work on the rest of the truck anywhere. The bed is in excellent condition as well. This RAM is the LE trim offering A/C, power windows, cruise and a sliding glass rear window. This is the perfect combination and is ready for whatever you want to throw at this Beauty.
