This car was built by my son while he was working for the Automotive website Speedhunters. If you go to their website and search Project Yankee you can read and see the entire build of this car from start to the finished project being displayed at the Mopar Booth at SEMA in Las Vegas in November of 2016. This is NOT a $100K + build. It is a relatively low budget build with aprox $25-30K in just parts, not counting labor and initial purchase price of car. Interior Custom roll bar by Caliber Customs, custom back seat delete and aluminum door panels by Caliber Customs, Cobra Classic RSR bucket seats, Genuine Takata racing harnesses,Racepak IQ3S Digital Instrument Cluster with GPS Speedometer, Momo Prototipo Steering Wheel with Momo quick release hub, Hurst Competition Plus Shifter, Joe's Racing ignition switch panel, Wink panel rear view mirror. The car is now 3 years old and showing slight wear from original build. Headliner sagging. A few flaws on wrap, but overall very presentable. Get stares and thumbs up every time it is driven. Car drives great. It is loud, no heater or AC, No radio. Manual steering (steers hard). Seats are racing style for non overweight people. Title show year as 1972 salvage done years ago to get around the smog laws of California back a few years ago.
